At Anycubic Polska Sklep, we want you to be fully satisfied with your 3D printing equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate the Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foams to ensure the electronics are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our central warehouse in Poland using a tracked courier service of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
